Google can get away, but torrents cannot.

Both do the same job. Both gives the information on where the files reside. But why is that only one of them gets punished and the other gets away with a fine. Yes, I am talking about Google and torrent websites.

1. Google openly flouts copyrights by publishing copyrighted materials on youtube and Google video. Google gets away saying that they are only brokers for information.
2. Google publishes news in "Google news". They get away saying they are brokers to information. Although they use some content from the website of origin.
3. Google scans millions of books and give public access. Google tell they only give snippets of the information that is scanned.
4. We can get torrent files by searching Google. Why is the anti piracy organization not approaching to block those results?

Although the torrent websites do the same services that is offered by Google, why is that torrent websites have to face huge lawsuits and possible closure?
